Up to 50% of unsuccessful implementations are due to a lack of organizational readiness for change. This qualitative study, "I'll Leave That to the Case Managers. Healthcare Service Providers' Perceptions of Organizational Readiness for Change in a Randomized Controlled Trial - A Qualitative Analysis Exploring Implementation Success" addresses team effectiveness experiences of company physicians and staff from testing and training centers in the context of a multicenter randomized controlled trial for musculoskeletal disorders. Deductive-inductive expert interviews were used to identify specific barriers and facilitating factors for implementing a new programme.

Employees and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in rural and urban areas face different challenges in occupational health management (OHM). This study focuses on individual and organizational factors in health management with a focus on uptake rates and the relationship with health-related outcomes.
